Bean Stringin’

At Manna Meal’s annual bean stringing event, the idea is simple: participants purchase green beans at the market from West Virginia growers, then we sit down and string them together. Afterwards, Manna Meal freezes the beans for ongoing use in our kitchen. In the past we’ve gathered almost 1,000 pounds of beans!
