We had to move old tomato cages out front for the ReStore to pick up on Tuesday; Susan, Patricia and the three Farley Sisters  were there to help with that, harvesting tomatoes and peppers, and pulling many weeds.  Terry mixed Manna Meal kitchen waste in our compost sheds to create the soil that nourishes our garden.  We sent 32 pounds of produce to Heart and Hand Food Pantry.

On Saturday, Christ Church United Methodist sent 20 volunteers to help install the posts for our varmint proof fence.  They were also a great help to the Rock Lake Community Center, tidying up the grounds and patio area. Seventy-two pounds of eggplants, tomatoes, peppers, chard and peas were delivered to Heart and Hand Food Pantry.

This week we plan to work on Tuesday and Saturday mornings from 9:00 until 11:00.

We hope to see you there.
